Position Overview:
As the Cafe Manager at MatchaMe, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our delivery-only matcha cafe. Your role is vital in ensuring the team delivers high-quality matcha beverages while maintaining smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
- Supervise and support the baristas, ensuring they perform effectively.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and staffing needs.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
2. Operations Management:
- Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure equipment is well-maintained and fully operational.
3. Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure high standards of customer service through accurate and timely order preparation.
- Address customer feedback and complaints, ensuring satisfaction.
4.Quality Control:
- Ensure all matcha drinks meet MatchaMe’s quality standards.
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols.
5. Marketing and Growth:
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional strategies.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive improvements and growth.
